TRAVEL

  • Within 10 miles: No fee
  • 11-60 miles: $1.00 per mile
  • 61 miles and beyond: $2.00 per mile
  • Air Travel: If the destination is more than 200 miles away, the client is responsible for flight booking, ground transportation, and lodging.

Travel fees are included in deposit when booking.

  • Travel Time: If applicable, time exceeding 4 hours will have a different travel cost in further discussion.
  • Accommodation: If an overnight stay is required, the client will cover the cost of the makeup artist's accommodation and meals.
  • Transportation: The client will be responsible for the cost of transportation, including flights, car rentals, or other travel methods, and will reimburse the makeup artist for any related expenses.

PARKING

Let me know of available parking spaces at location of service. Also note that any parking fees will be added to your invoice.

EARLY START TIMES

  • In the event of an early start time of 4 am to 7 am,there will be an additional Early Arrival Fee of $100.
  • The fee is given for the early hours to travel outside of regular hours of work and may be calculated with travel cost.

HOLIDAYS

Any booking on holidays (NYE, NYD, Memorial Day weekend Sat-Mon, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend Sat-Mon, Thanksgiving + weekend (Thurs-Sun), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day): a $100 fee will added to your invoice for any holiday bookings.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

All cancellations or rescheduling must done in writing via email and sent to contactjenishlian@gmail.com or direct message. 

Any cancellations made before 60 days of the event day will incur no additional cancellation fees. If between 30-60 days, 60% of the remaining balance is due. If after 30 days, 100% of the remaining balance is to be paid.

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

WHAT IF I NEED TO POSTPONE?

Any postponements must also be done in writing via email. The same fees apply to these as they are for cancellations. Retainers will be given a one time transfer if the date is rescheduled within 14 days of the cancellation.

DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF STATE?

Yes!

Travel, lodging, and all services will be expected to be covered by the client.. We will work with you on finding the most efficient solutions to these costs.
